One of the mysteries of Hollywood is the way an actor or actress can completely capture the hearts of the entire country, be on every college dorm room wall, and then disappear for years. There’s always room for someone new and fresh to take the stage. American audiences are both loving and forgetful. Right now America can’t seem to get enough of stars such as Robert Pattinson, Zach Galifianakis and Amanda Seyfried, but take a few years off and they’ll be old news. It is a special and treasured honor to become famous enough to be a household name for more than a decade.
